A deployer on pump.fun (Solana) or pons.family (Robinhood Chain) points creator fees at the protocol treasury and names an X account in the token description. UsePaid claims fees on-chain, pays 80% to that account via X Money without requiring the recipient to sign up or connect a wallet, and uses 20% to buy and burn $PAID on the open market. Claims and payouts are public. $PAID is issued on Solana via pump.fun.
