OpenTrade is a stablecoin yield infrastructure for the next generation of financial services, enabling fintechs, exchanges, custodians, and stablecoin issuers to offer white-labeled, embedded yield products. It supports USDC, USDT, and EURC, allowing users to earn yield backed by real-world assets (such as treasuries, bonds, ETFs, private credit, trade finance) and on-chain DeFi strategies without off-ramping. The platform consists of a web application, API, and a blockchain protocol deployed on Ethereum and Avalanche, forked from Circle Research's open-source Perimeter protocol. Assets are managed by an FCA-regulated asset manager, held in bankruptcy-remote SPVs and segregated accounts at regulated financial institutions, with ISIN-level transparency and weekly attestations.
