Formation

DeFi ORCA https://formation.so/

Formation is the merger of Orca and Loopscale on Solana, combining trading and liquidity infrastructure with credit and vaults so tokenized assets can move from issuance to scale on one stack. Issuers get secondary markets, fixed-rate lending and distribution; allocators access those assets and strategies. Existing Orca and Loopscale apps and positions remain unchanged.
